Terms of Use

Weclome to Swippro (“us,” “we,” the “Company” or Swippro”). Together you and Swippro may be referred to as the “Parties” or separately as “Party.”

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

When you create a Swippro account or utilize any Swippro services, whether via mobile device, mobile application, or computer (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you’re confirming that you consent to (i) these Terms of Use, (ii) our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, all of which are considered part of this Agreement, and (iii) any specific terms associated with additional features, products, or services that we offer on the Service and that you decide to purchase (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you don’t accept these terms, you shouldn’t access or use the Service.

PLEASE REVIEW THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSES IN SECTION 15 THOROUGHLY. THESE DICTATE HOW CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND SWIPPRO WILL BE RESOLVED. THEY INCLUDE A MANDATORY PRE-ARBITRATION INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS, AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A SMALL CLAIMS COURT OPTION, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES FOR MASS ARBITRATION FILINGS, AND A JURY TRIAL WAIVER, ALL OF WHICH AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. ARBITRATION GENERALLY INVOLVES LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN COURT CASES.

This Agreement and the Service are subject to modification from time to time. We may make these changes for various reasons, such as new legal requirements, feature additions, or business practice modifications. The latest version of this Agreement will be made available on the Service under Settings and on swippro.com. It’s important for you to regularly check for updates. The most current version applies to our relationship. If changes significantly affect your rights or obligations, we’ll notify you ahead of time by reasonable means, possibly through the Service or email, unless legal constraints prevent us. Your continued use of the Service after these changes are implemented implies your agreement to the updated Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements (except as specifically mentioned herein) and will regulate your entire relationship with Swippro, including events, agreements, and conduct before you accepted this Agreement.

2. Eligibility.

To establish an account on Swippro and use the Service, you need to be at least 15 years old. By creating an account and utilizing the Service, you confirm and assure that:

you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement with Swippro,
you will adhere to this Agreement and comply with all relevant local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules, including but not limited to privacy and intellectual property laws, anti-spam regulations, and regulatory requirements,
you will consistently use the most recent version of the Service, whether through the app or the website,
you don’t possess more than a single account on the Service, and
you haven’t been previously expelled from the Service by us, unless you’ve been explicitly authorized by us in writing to create a new account. If at any point you fail to meet these conditions, your access authorization to our Service or systems is automatically withdrawn, and you are required to delete your account immediately.

3. Your Account.

Swippro offers multiple login options, including Google, Apple, Facebook, and Linkedin. If you opt to use your Facebook/Linkedin/Google/Apple account for login, you’re giving us permission to access and utilize certain pieces of your account information, including but not limited to your public Facebook profile. To understand more about the data we collect from you and how we utilize it, kindly refer to our Privacy Policy.

The responsibility of keeping your login credentials confidential, which you use for signing up for Swippro, rests solely with you. You’re exclusively responsible for any activity that takes place using these credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please reach out to us without delay.

5. Safety

By using our Services, you agree to interact with other users and our customer care representatives or other staff members in a courteous and respectful manner, both within and outside our Services. While Swippro promotes a respectful member interaction through features like matching, which permits members to communicate only after they’ve both expressed interest in each other, Swippro doesn’t bear responsibility for the behavior of any member, either within or outside of the Service. When interacting with other members, especially if you choose to communicate outside the Service or meet in person, you agree to exercise caution. You also agree not to share your financial details (such as credit card or bank account information) or send money to other members.

YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. PLEASE NOTE THAT SWIPPRO DOES NOT PERFORM CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR ANY OTHER BACKGROUND INQUIRIES ON ITS MEMBERS. SWIPPRO DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE BEHAVIOUR OR COMPATIBILITY OF ITS MEMBERS.

6. Content from Other Members

While Swippro holds the right to examine and remove Content that contravenes this Agreement, the member who posted the Content bears sole responsibility for it. Swippro can’t assure that all Content will adhere to this Agreement. If you encounter Content on the Service that breaches this Agreement, please report it through the Service.

7. Disclaimers.

SWIPPRO PRESENTS THE SERVICE IN ITS PRESENT CONDITION AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY FORM OF WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THIS ENCOMPASSES THE SERVICE AND ALL ITS CONTENT, AND PARTICULARLY EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC USE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SWIPPRO NEITHER ASSURES NOR CLAIMS THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS, SECURELY, OR WITHOUT ERRORS, (B) ANY DEFECTS OR MISTAKES IN THE SERVICE WILL BE DETECTED OR RECTIFIED, OR (C) ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE FROM OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE PRECISE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

SWIPPRO ABSOLVES ITSELF FROM ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO ANY CONTENT POSTED, SENT, OR RECEIVED THROUGH THE SERVICE BY YOU, ANOTHER MEMBER, OR A THIRD PARTY. THE DECISION TO DOWNLOAD OR ACQUIRE ANY MATERIAL THROUGH THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR DISCRETION AND RISK.

ADDITIONALLY, SWIPPRO RENOUNCES ANY RESPONSIBILITY RELATED TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANY OTHER MEMBER, WHETHER WITHIN OR OUTSIDE THE SERVICE.
